• Legal member of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Investment Zone of Damietta Furniture City, Damietta Governorate.
• Member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian National Company for Industrial Development (SAE), a Rubiky free zone.
• An arbitrator registered with the list of accredited arbitrators at the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
• Work in the field of commercial arbitration (institutional and free) in arbitration disputes, including: Working as an arbitrator, president, and member of arbitration bodies in arbitration disputes before the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
• Participating in preparing the final drafting of many draft laws, and attending the discussion sessions of the specialized committees in the Egyptian Parliament, some of which have already been referred to the House of Representatives, some of which have already been issued, and some of which are still being issued, and among those laws are the following:

Previous experiences:


• Adviser to the Minister of Investment and supervisor of the sector of the former Minister of Investment’s Office from October 2016 to February 2017.
Representing the General Investment Authority in the sessions of the Ministerial Committee for Investment Dispute Resolution chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Justice until February 2017.
• Formerly a member of the Investment and Economic Affairs Committee of the Egyptian Endowments Authority.
• Work in managing the file of free zones (public and private) and investment areas headed by the General Investment Authority, and preparing a vision for developing the work of free and investment zones, improving the performance of services for investors and maximizing the authority’s resources, from 2009 to 2017, and this included membership in the authority’s permanent committees and membership of boards of directors General and investment free zones, as follows:
- Legal member of the permanent technical committee for the conduct of work in the free zones, which is the committee for organizing work in the free zones (previously).

Fourth: The most important achievements:
• Preparing the investment model proposal and implementation steps for establishing a company to undertake the development of the Mahmoudia axis in Alexandria Governorate 2018.
• Member of the committee preparing and drafting the new investment law.
• Assuming the task of chairing and supervising the work groups that prepared the draft executive regulations for the new investment law.
• Preparing a proposal for the investment model for Furniture City in Damietta Governorate in 2015.
Representing Egypt in the meeting of the Organization for Cooperation and Development (OECD) in the Republic of Tunisia from (16-17 / May / 2017) and delivering Egypt's speech on the most important administrative and legislative reform measures undertaken by the state, as well as the most important axes on which the new investment bill is based and what it includes From addressing the administrative obstacles facing investors in the field of incorporation, property allocation or licenses, and developing dispute settlement tools and increasing their effectiveness.
• Presiding over the delegation of the Ministry of Investment representing the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Sudan to discuss the implementation of a joint investment project to establish a joint farm between Egypt and Sudan with a capacity of 200 thousand livestock in 2016.
• Participation in a working group from the Remote Sensing Authority to prepare and review the final drafting of agreements and memoranda of understanding for joint cooperation between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the People’s State of China, in Beijing, the capital, August 2016.
Carrying out training and lecturing assignments in a workshop on free zones, economic and investment areas in the Republic of Sudan from 6 to 11 February 2016 within a delegation of experts at the request of the government Sudanese.
• Participation in the preparation and final drafting of the executive regulations for the Free Zones and Markets Law of 2009 in the Republic of Sudan from 17 to 21 May 2013, which were approved by the National Council for Free Zones and Free Markets in Sudan, within a delegation of experts.
• Participating in a working group in preparing and drafting the executive regulations for the Investment Guarantees and Incentives Act issued by Prime Minister Decree No. 1820 of 2015.
